Rohnert Park police say missing 13-year-old boy found safe

ROHNERT PARK, Calif. (KGO) -- Rohnert Park police say missing 13-year-old James Herrington has been found safe after he went missing from the 1100 block of Emily Avenue Wednesday night.

Family members say he has become disoriented with his surroundings in the past and wandered around until he was able to make his way back home.
