Oakland police investigating fatal shooting on San Pablo Ave.

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- Police are investigating a fatal shooting in front of a Chevron on San Pablo Avenue in Oakland.

San Pablo Avenue is partially closed due to the incident.

Police say the gunshots were picked up by a shot spotter system.

People are asked to avoid the area while police investigate.
