17 displaced in fire at apartments in Oakland

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- Firefighters are at the scene of an apartment fire in Oakland on 39th Avenue near International Boulevard.

It broke out at a four unit building. Firefighters say two units were burning when they arrived. Everyone got out safe. The fire displaced 17 people including five children.
