SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- San Francisco police are investigating an attack at a hotel allegedly involving a hammer.

Police say the incident happened at the Travelodge on Market Street at Valencia

Three people in a hotel room, two men and a woman, police said. An argument happened and a hammer was reportedly used to assault one of the men, authorities said. The other two are injured. A witness says one man was taken into custody and that multiple people are hospitalized.
