BURLINGAME, Calif. -- A Caltrain commuter train struck a vehicle in Burlingame Friday morning, disrupting train service in the area.
The vehicle was hit at a crossing gate at Broadway in Burlingame at 8:49 a.m., Caltrain officials said.
Trains started single-tracking through the area as of about 9:10 a.m.
As of 10: 15 a.m., there were delays of up to 30 minutes for Caltrain commuters.
No injuries were reported from the vehicle strike.
