3 men arrested, 1 teen cited for assault on Vikings fan
After the 49ers game on Monday night at Levi's Stadium, four 49ers fans were caught for assaulting a Vikings fan.

SANTA CLARA, Calif. (KGO) -- Santa Clara police say three men were arrested for the alleged assault of a Minnesota Vikings fan after a San Francisco 49ers game at Levi's Stadium Monday.

A 17-year-old girl also allegedly involved was issued a criminal citation and released to her parents.

The assault happened Monday night in a parking lot at as fans were heading back to their cars following the football game.

The Santa Clara Police Department says officers were dispatched to the incident and upon arrival, the officers learned that all parties involved in the incident had dispersed.

A video of the assault surfaced Tuesday morning on social media and police say detectives were able to identify the four suspects.

On Thursday night, detectives arrested 32-year-old Hollister resident Felix Chavira, 33-year-old Hollister resident Juan Arias, 30-year-old San Jose resident Eric Martinez. Two of the men posted bail, but one did not.

Since the 49ers moved to Levi's Stadium, Santa Clara police have responded to 24 reports of assault during football games. One case last year involved a man who started a fight in a restroom leaving one of the two victims with a severe brain injury.
