SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton is in San Francisco at a fundraiser with a high-profile guest, George Clooney.
The fundraiser also attracted dozens of protesters and supporters of Clinton's Democratic opponent.
The event held at venture capitalist Shervin Pishevar's Nob Hill home attracted dozens of demonstrators.
"Feel the Bern. Feel the Bern. Feel the Bern," yelled protesters.
They were mostly Bernie Sanders supporters. The Vermont senator had called this fundraiser and others like it obscene because of the amounts of money paid up by attendees - It's an opinion his supporters mirrored.
"Three hundred and fifty-three thousand dollars is what they're charging right now to have a seat at the table with Hillary Clinton as part of this fundraiser. You can't buy a home in San Francisco for "353,0000, it's incredible," said San Francisco resident Jake Barlow.
Sanders is pushing for a strong showing in California. The Vermont senator touched down in Rome for a conference at the Vatican and urged people to reject what he called an immoral economy.
Sanders and Clinton had been campaigning for New York's primary next week. Before flying to San Francisco, Clinton celebrated a small victory playing dominoes at a senior center in Harlem.
Clinton will head to Los Angeles next for another event with George Clooney, a fundraiser at his Studio City home.
