Cars wade through high water in Rohnert Park

ROHNERT PARK, Calif. (KGO) -- The Rohnert Park Expressway in Rohnert Park is experiencing flooding. Motorists are being advised to not drive through high water or they could become stuck and their car could stall, but many people are not taking that advice.
