PG&E to begin rolling blackouts at direction of California's grid operator

PG&E announced they will be initiating rotating outages that will impact over 200,000 customers. This comes after the California Independent System Operator (CAISO) tweeted Saturday evening that it wasn't planning a second night of rolling outages.
