SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Fleet Week returns to the Bay Area and will run through next Monday! It will include a Parade of Ships at the Port of San Francisco and performances by the Navy's Blue Angels this weekend.
AIR SHOW SCHEDULE:
Friday, October 10: Rehearsals
From 12:30pm to 4:00pm, the United States Navy Blue Angels rehearse over the Marina Green in preparation for official air shows taking place over the weekend.
Saturday, October 11 - Sunday, October 12: Air Show
From 12:30pm - 4:00pm, the Navy Blue Angels Sean Tucker and Team Oracle, The Patriots Jet Team, and Lucas Oil Air Shows perform aerial displays over the bay.

Friday, October 10:
Joint services softball tournament at Moscone Field at 8 a.m.
U.S. Marine Corps Band Performance at Pier 39 at 11 a.m.
Parade of Ships tour at Northern Waterfront at 11 a.m.
Air Show rehearsal from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Veterans War Memorial Dedication and Reception at Van Ness Ave. at 3 p.m.
The Destroyers Band Performance at Pier 39 at 4 p.m.
Saturday, October 11:
Ship tours from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Humanitarian Assistance Village at Marina Green from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Art Exhibit at the The Cannery from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Powell St. Band Concert at 11 a.m.
The Destroyers Band Performance at Pier 39 at 12 p.m.

Ship tours from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
High School Challenge Band at Golden Gate Park from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
With the Bay Area's largest military presence with more than 4,000 men and women based in San Francisco, Coast Guard personnel and assets will participate and provide maritime security for the Fleet Week events. These Coast Guard personnel perform a variety of missions including search and rescue, maritime law enforcement, inspections, fisheries enforcement, aids to navigation, port security, anti-terrorism patrols, environmental protection and illegal drug and migrant interdiction.
