Powerball, Mega Millions jackpots rise
There is growing lotto fever on Wednesday, as two massive quarter-billion-dollar prizes are up for grabs.

CHINO HILLS, Calif. -- There is growing lotto fever on Wednesday, as two massive quarter-billion-dollar prizes are up for grabs.

Nobody hit the jackpot in Tuesday night's Mega Millions drawing. The prize will climb to somewhere in the area of $306 million for the next drawing, which is set for Friday night.

If you have a Powerball ticket, you still have a chance. At $337 million, Wednesday's Powerball jackpot is even bigger than the Mega Millions.

Between Mega Millions and Powerball, there's a combined $643 million bucks up for grabs this week.

The public has until 7 p.m. Wednesday to purchase Powerball tickets for the night's drawing.
