Seal hitches a ride on a humpback whale

AUSTRALIA (KGO) -- Turns out it's not only humans who find a free ride appealing. Photos coming out of Australia show a seal riding a humpback whale.

A photographer who was documenting a pod of whales says he took them 300 miles south of Sydney.

Animal experts say the partnership is incredibly rare.

The photographer insists the photos are not doctored.
