'Bridge to Bridge' run finishes in SF

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- The annual "Bridge to Bridge" run in San Francisco got underway Sunday morning.

Participants chose between a 5K or 12K run or walk through the city.

The run began at 9 a.m. at Justin Herman Plaza.

Participants traveled down the Embarcadero to Jefferson, then through Fort Mason and the Presidio to the Golden Gate Bridge.

All proceeds benefit Special Olympics Northern California.
