BOSTON (KGO) -- Call it a once in a lifetime opportunity. You can now take home an Olympic medal -- without breaking a sweat. But you will need a few thousand bucks.
More than a dozen Olympic medals won by some of the world's top athletes are up for auction. That includes a gold medal from the 1976 Winter Games won by the former Soviet Union's Nikolai Kruglov for the biathlon relay.
Or a vintage silver medal presented to Henry Leaf from the 1908 London Summer Games.
The R-R Auction House in Boston is hosting the auction of the medals.
