Hallucinating man steals ambulance, crashes near DTLA

A man undergoing treatment inside a Los Angeles Fire Department ambulance in downtown Los Angeles stole the ambulance Sunday night, forcing two firefighter paramedics to jump out and an engine company to pursue.
