Traffic snarls around Bay Area due to slick roads, stormy weather
Traffic was a nightmare in the Bay Area on most major roadways Thursday due to heavy rain and slick roads.

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (KGO) -- A sloppy, slippery dangerous Thursday evening unfolded on many major roads in the Bay Area due to a strong storm.

The Westborough exit on Southbound Interstate 280 was shut down Thursday after a tree fell on the off-ramp. Caltrans crews rushed to clear the massive tree.

That was far from the last issue on the roadways in the midst of this big storm.
