All passengers at the Dallas Love Field Airport had to be re-screened after an evacuation. The airport said to allow 90 minutes for security screening.
The line was so long, photos show, that it took up nearly every inch of the lobby.
The evacuation happened after an overheated AC Unit set off the fire alarm, the airport tweeted. Smoke was reported inside the terminal, and after firefighters arrived the issue was resolved in less than 20 minutes.
About 2.7 million people are expected to fly on Friday.
