SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Move over, YouTube. A popular social networking service plans to offer up some competition.
Twitter will soon release a video service allowing its users to upload and tweet original clips up to 10 minutes long.
The San Francisco-based company says there's no size limit on videos because it wants users to be able to share their favorite moments in the highest possible quality.
Twitter announced that it would be launching the video service last year in a blog post.
The company plans to release the service in the next few months.
