U.S.-Russia tension spikes over cyber-hacking allegations

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- The tension between the U.S. and Russia is higher than it's been in a while, and now with the latest revelation that two Russian operatives were behind the yahoo cyber-attack, the level of distrust between the two countries has escalated.

ABC7 News reporter Lyanne Melendez spoke with the consul general of the Russian Federation in San Francisco.
