CHP, Mill Valley PD rescue baby from Highway 101 traffic
On Saturday, California Highway Patrol and Mill Valley Police officers rescued a four-month-old baby from active lanes of Highway 101 traffic. The child's mother, who carried the baby onto the freeway, has since been arrested and charged.
