Cooler today with fog lingering well into the afternoon along the coast. However, there will be plenty of sun around the bay and the inland areas. Temperatures will range from the low 60s at the coast to the low 90s inland. Sunday will be similar and slightly cooler for many neighborhoods.

The Look Ahead

The heat is back early next week. Temperatures will soar well above average and the fire danger will rise. Highs will range from the 70s to the upper 90s Monday. Triple digits show up inland for the start of October and the heat holds through Wednesday.
