Downed tree cleared from El Camino in Burlingame

BURLINGAME, Calif. -- A downed tree blocked a major thoroughfare in Burlingame this morning, San Mateo County emergency officials said.
The tree blocked the 800 block of El Camino Real in both directions, county officials said shortly before 6:40 a.m.
The roadway reopened around 11 a.m.
