David Freiheit has a unique view when it comes to cold weather fun. The Quebec, Canada resident braved sub-zero temperatures to show exactly what happens when you throw boiling water into the air when it's that cold outside.

Freiheit was vacationing with his family in St-Donat, Quebec, Canada, in mid-February when he decided to demonstrate Mpemba effect, which is when warmer water sometimes freezes faster than colder water.

Freiheit told ABC he attempted the stunt over a dozen times to perfectly capture the moment the water instantly freezes as it leaves the pot.
