In the Peninsula 15 customers have no power; in the South Bay three customers are without power; in the North Bay 90 customers have no power and in the East Bay 35 customers are without power. There are no reported outages in San Francisco, PG&E spokesman J.D. Guidi said.
About 1.1 million Bay Area customers initially lost power due to Friday's storm when inches of rain pounded down and the region was swept with hurricane-force winds, according to PG&E.
