Around 5 p.m. officers responded to the store at 1251 Industrial Road after store security reported seeing the suspect following a 47-year-old woman around the store and touching her on the butt twice.
San Jose resident Greg Carter was arrested on two counts of sexual battery, according to San Carlos police. He was booked into San Mateo County Jail and is being held on $20,000 bail.
Carter has two prior convictions for sexual battery, according to the Megan's Law Web site.
