Pavelski snapped a 2-2 tie with 2:02 left in regulation, but Marion Gaborik forced OT with his second power-play goal of the third period, tying it with 29 seconds remaining.
The Wild stretched their lead in the Northwest Division to three points over Colorado, Calgary and Vancouver.
