Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Tony Abbatangelo cut bail from $1 million to $500,000 for Deshawn Lamont Thomas.
Thomas, 40, and Arfat Abdo Fadel, 31, are being held at the Clark County jail on felony kidnapping, robbery and conspiracy charges.
Police allege they talked Walker into willingly getting into their vehicle early June 16 outside the Bellagio resort.
The Oakland Raiders wide receiver was found later, robbed and beaten unconscious on a side street off the Las Vegas Strip.
Thomas and Fadel are due in court Sept. 2 for an evidentiary hearing.
