Police received a report that a suspect had approached the girl, a San Mateo High School student, at about 9:20 a.m. in the area of East Santa Inez Avenue and San Antonio Street while he was driving a car.
A composite sketch of a suspect was released, which led to the identification and interviewing of the man. The investigating officer determined that no charges would be filed, and forwarded the case to the San Mateo County District Attorney's Office for review.
