Gilbert Haro was indicted by a federal grand jury on Feb. 19 and charged with one count of Receipt of Child Pornography, Russoniello said.
On July 18, Haro pleaded guilty to having knowingly downloaded images of sexual acts involving prepubescent children onto his computer using the Google Hello program between Jan. 12, 2007, and Sept. 9, 2007, according to Russoniello.
Haro's guilty plea was the result of a six-month investigation by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Russoniello said.
