On Wednesday, the Napa County Planning Commission will consider a proposal to limit how many animals and vehicles a person can keep on their property.

The proposed law would limit the number of vehicles stored outdoors to six.

The ordinance would also require property owners to get permits to have more than one horse for every 20,000 square feet of land.

More than six hens per 20 thousand feet and one rooster per every 40,000 feet.
