A simple yet powerful tool to uncover your true passions and what is truly important to you.

Janet Attwood's tips for discovering your true passions:

Push the Passion Button: Research shows four out of five people wake up every morning not happy, not fulfilled and not passionate about what they do. Passion is the key to success and fulfillment in life. Your passions are the things that matter most to you, but most people never stop, step out of their busy life and get in touch with what those things are. So get clear on what your passions are and start living them. It doesn't take money to make money, it takes passion to make money!

Follow the Breadcrumbs: Studies show that the common characteristic of all enduringly successful people is when they are faced with a major decision, they always choose in favor of their passions. Your passions are like breadcrumbs that lead you to your destiny. It's not an accident that you love the things you love. So, here's the secret that will guarantee you a passionate life: "Whenever you are faced with a decision, a choice or an opportunity, choose in favor of your passions."

Write Your 100th Birthday Speech: The key to having anything you want in your life is to first see it in your mind. Imagine what you want your life to be like. Here's a fun way to do this: Imagine that your spouse or child or best friend is giving a speech at your 100th birthday. Write their speech and describe your life, exactly as you'd like it. When you're clear, what you choose to have show up in your life will, and only to the extent that you're clear. So write your 100th birthday speech today and get clear.

You Be You: Oprah Winfrey does Oprah so well. Mother Theresa did Mother Theresa so well. Mick Jagger does Mick so well. Let me ask you, could you have done Oprah or Mother Theresa or Mick better than they did? Absolutely not! And no one could do you as well as you!! Most of us are so busy finding what's wrong with us, that we don't see the great gifts and talents we have to share with the world. Who can do you, better than you?
