About TRX:
The TRX is a suspension trainer where a person uses their body weight to workout, making things easier or more difficult depending on their fitness level. It is 12 feet of nylon-webbed straps that can be attached to a pole, tree trunk, door, or any other study weight bearing base using different anchors. The TRX as a whole weighs less than 2 pounds and can be set up in under a minute making it an incredibly mobile fitness device. Users can do over 250 different exercises on the TRX.

About Fitness Anywhere:
San Francisco based company Fitness Anywhere was founded four years ago by former U.S. Navy SEAL Randy Hetrick, who created an entirely new category of exercise, Suspension Training, with the development of the TRX Suspension Trainer, an exercise training tool that harnesses the power of one's own bodyweight. Professional athletes, personal trainers, and users of any fitness level alike have embraced the TRX as functional training that is easily portable.

While the TRX Training Center will serve as the incubator for ongoing Suspension Training innovations, methodology and programming on a global level, it will also serve as a working training center for San Francisco locals and visitors interested in utilizing Suspension Training as a primary total-body fitness solution. The facility will offer daily group training classes to anyone intent on reaping the benefits of Suspension Training from the very experts who pioneered it. The initial Suspension Training classes include TRX Body Blast, TRX Basic Training and TRX Power Stretch. In addition to the workout classes, the TRX Training Center will host Suspension Trainer Courses where personal trainers and fitness professionals can earn CECs and learn wide variety of techniques for training with the TRX.
