Pre-paid phone card cheats number of minutes

But Wednesday the Federal Trade Commission sued the Diamond Phone Card company, saying it cheated customers out of a huge number of minutes.

In one case a card was supposed to deliver 400 minutes and only gave 106 minutes. The cards also had hidden fees attached. The suit asks for repayment to consumers.
