The collision was reported at 12:52 p.m. at Crystal Nails Salon at 4425 Treat Blvd., Concord police Sgt. Mike Garmon said.
The driver, about 50 years old, inadvertently went through a parking space in front of the nail salon and drove into the business's front window, according to Garmon.
She was uninjured and not believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, Garmon said.
Five people inside the nail salon, both employees and customers, were injured in the collision, but all are expected to survive, according to Garmon.
No other businesses in the area were damaged in the collision.
