Part of the roof collapsed at St. Raphael's School on Fifth Avenue in San Rafael just above the teachers' lounge. It happened around 6:00 a.m. before anyone was at school.
Officials say nobody was hurt. Firefighters managed to put a temporary patch on the damaged area.
