Santa Clara County health officials say they're finally getting their needed doses of the H1N1 flu vaccine.

The county had to put off some planned vaccinations after manufacturing problems delayed delivery of the vaccine.

Officials say more than 277,000 doses have been handed out to doctors, hospitals and clinics.

About a third of the county's most vulnerable residents have been inoculated.
