The move to Quarterback Bruce Gradkowski has gotten the Raiders passing game on tracked.

They will host Washington on Sunday.

Against Pittsburgh, Gradkowski threw for 308 yards and 3 touchdowns. He was brilliant in the fourth quarter.

Receiver Todd Watkins described how the change from JaMarcus Russell has helped the team.

"It's lot easier now, because Bruce makes the right reads, we've been getting open all year, so he can get out there and distribute the ball to us. He does a good job that. Bruce gets so fiery, you probably saw in the game, he's trying to run over safeties and stuff, unsuccessfully, but he's a real fiery competitor," said Watkins.

It's great praise for Gradkowski.
