She claims she was seriously burned by a stun gun when police raided her apartment looking for her brother, Lovelle Mixon.
Mixon was hiding in the apartment when he opened fire and killed two SWAT officers at the scene. He also killed two Oakland police officers during a routine traffic stop before that Mixon was a 26-year-old wanted parolee.
Police eventually killed him in the apartment raid.
