The suspect is described as a clean-shaven Hispanic man in his mid 20s. He is of medium height and build.
The suspect was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt with a Golden State Warriors logo around 7 p.m. on Dec. 13 when he looked under the door of a bathroom stall occupied by a 50-year-old woman at the Transit Center at Third and Hetherton streets, Sgt. Jim Correa said.
On Dec. 16 the man was masturbating at Second and A streets around 12:05 a.m. when he grabbed the buttocks of a 24-year-old woman who was walking home, Correa said.
A woman in a vehicle was pulling into the entrance of her driveway in the 800 block of A Street when she noticed a man masturbating around 12:50 a.m. on Dec. 30.
The most recent reported incident was around 10:30 p.m. Monday, when a man approached a woman in her vehicle at 855 C Street while he was masturbating, Correa said.
The general description of the suspect is the same in all four incidents, Correa said. All four incidents were within a mile of the Transit Center and three of the incidents were within a two-block area, Correa said.
Police are advising women to be aware of their surroundings and report any similar activity immediately.
