Lisa Xavier was killed Nov. 12 when an alleged street racer crashed into the car she was riding in with her parents on Highway 84 near Willow Road.
Investigators believe the driver who caused the crash was racing another car. No arrests have been made, and police are still looking for a "person of interest" in the case whom they identified in November as 24-year-old Shannon Fox.
Authorities closed all westbound lanes between Marsh Road and University Avenue beginning at 10 a.m. A crash expert from the Campbell Police Department performed the accident reconstruction using an electronic measuring system called Total Station, police spokeswoman Nicole Acker said.
All lanes were reopened at about 1:15 p.m. after the reconstruction was completed.
Motorists driving into Menlo Park on the Dumbarton Bridge were diverted onto University Avenue during the closure.
