Ruben Martinez, 22, of Napa, was found dead in his sport utility vehicle around 10:30 p.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of Beach Street, Solano County coroner's Deputy Adrian Garcia said.
The SUV crashed into a home and the shooting appears to be from a carjacking and, or a robbery, Garcia said. Martinez was pronounced dead at 10:38 p.m.
A 38-year-old Vallejo man was found dead in his pickup truck around 3 p.m. Sunday in an isolated area of the parking lot of the Deluxe Inn at 2070 Solano Ave., Garcia said. The shooting occurred sometime after 12:50 p.m. and the victim was pronounced dead at 2:55 p.m.
The victim was last seen a few hours before his body was found, Garcia said.
