Joe Olivares Hernandez, 30, died Tuesday.
The city medical examiner says he was taken off life support and that his organs were donated.
Police were called to the Temple Nightclub on Howard near First Street shortly after 1:00 Sunday morning. They say Hernandez was hit in the head during one of two fights in the club. Two other men were also stabbed during the fights.
The city's entertainment commission has ordered the club's owners to improve security.
