Dessert for breakfast could help some lose weight

Researchers at Tel Aviv University looked a two groups of obese adults over several months. Both groups lost weight at first, but the participants who ate dessert for breakfast kept losing weight, while those who didn't regained the weight they had lost.

Members of the dessert group had fewer cravings for food later in the day. The non-dessert eaters didn't feel full and cheated on their diet plan.
