Survey shows favorable view of housing market

There's at least one good sign that people are starting to feel better about the economy.

A survey by Prudential Real Estate shows that 60 percent of Americans have a favorable view about the housing market. That's up eight points since last year.

More than two out of three people surveyed think property values will improve over the next two years. Many point to historically-low interest rates as a good reason to buy.
