SAN FRANCISCO --The San Francisco Marathon is on Sunday and city officials say there will be a lot of road closures.
The race will start and end near the Ferry Building. The full course will take runners along the northern waterfront, over the Golden Gate Bridge and through Golden Gate Park before returning to the bay.The Embarcadero will close Saturday night into Sunday right at midnight, near the starting line at the Ferry Building. Street signs have already been set up along the race course telling the public about the closures. Muni will also reroute some bus lines around the course.
