Bay Area LIFE: Meet the stars of the new movie 'Deadpool'

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- The anticipation is finally over for superhero fans - "Deadpool" is now in theaters.

Deadpool tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool.

Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

Lizzie Bermudez recently sat down with actors, Ryan Reynolds and T.J. Miller who both star in the blockbuster film. She found out how Reynolds really feels about wearing that red superhero costume along with what he loves most about the Bay Area.
