System-wide delays on BART disrupt Warm Springs grand opening

FREMONT, Calif. (KGO) -- The first commute day for the system's new Warm Springs station in Fremont had a lot of commuters smiling, despite system-wide delays due to a downed power line at the West Oakland station.
