LOS ANGELES (KGO) -- In this intense post-election climate, some people expected the Oscars to be highly political. It turns out, it was more subtle than that.
There was no Marlon Brando moment, when in 1973 the actor sent a woman in Native American dress to the stage to decry Native American stereotypes.
Instead, this year's Oscars was void of stunts and angry tirades.
