Four killed in head-on crash in Fair Oaks

FAIR OAKS, Calif. (KGO) -- A head-on accident has claimed the lives of four people in the Sacramento County suburb of Fair Oaks.

Sheriff's deputies say the two vehicles collided with each other at 1:30 a.m. One car had five people inside; the driver of that car was killed instantly. Three of the passengers died when the car caught fire. One of the occupants survived. Two people were in the other car and both were taken to the hospital for treatment.
