All lanes are now open on the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge just east of the Yerba Buena Island tunnel following an earlier collision, according to California Highway Patrol officials.

SAN FRANCISCO -- All lanes are now open on the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge just east of the Yerba Buena Island tunnel following an earlier collision involving a motorcycle, according to California Highway Patrol officials.





The collision was first reported at 5:44 a.m.



A Sig-alert was issued at 5:48 a.m. because three lanes, and then later two lanes, were blocked.



At 6:41 a.m. the Sig-alert was canceled and all lanes were open.
